Bacall is a spectacular all white, medium hair ragdoll cat with jade green eyes.  We believe she is purebred, abandoned by a breeder about 4 years ago at a mobile home park office with 6 siblings, also all ragdolls.  She is now somewhat of a "special needs" cat of no fault of her own.  VCC has adopted her twice and twice returned so we are going to be especially vigilant in finding a new home for her because it is in no one's best interest to have her go through another rejection or abandonment.  She is a very nice cat and well behaved if shy.  The first adopter brought her back because she wasn't friendly enough in their multi-cat household; the second adopter kept her for 18 months then returned Bacall because the cat was catching mice inside the lady's house and the lady hated seeing a dead or live mouse.  Mind you these mice were indoors, not from the yard... But Bacall was blamed for doing something natural to a cat.  Now 5 years old, she is very much a nocturnal creature.  She likes to sleep in a closet for most of the day, and come out for attention when the sun goes down.  She like to be petted on her own terms, and gets friendly, again on her own terms.  The purrfect home for her is with an experienced cat owner in a quiet home.  The person must understand cat behavior and have a strong commitment to allow Bacall to be herself and not require this cat to change her personality for the owner, because I do not think Bacall will do that.  But as far as good looks go, Bacall was blessed with more than her fair share!
